Haniyah: We will never leave Palestinian land !

The leader of the Hamas government of the Gaza Strip, Ismail Haniyeh, said Israel on Saturday committed a massacre of Palestinians, after Israeli air strikes killed more than 250 people in Gaza.

“Palestine has never witnessed an uglier massacre,” Haniyeh said in a statement broadcast by Gaza-based television channel, Al-Aqsa.

Haniyeh vowed in a message to Palestinians on Saturday that Gaza would never yield to Israel, whatever force it used against the territory.

“We will not leave our land, we will not raise white flags and we will not kneel except before God,” Haniyeh said in a letter to the Palestinian people.

“There is blood everywhere, there are wounded and martyrs in every house and in every street. Gaza today was decorated by blood … There can be more martyrs and there can be more wounded but Gaza will never be broken and will never surrender,” Haniyeh said.
